There are 2.2 billion M-phones in the developing world, but only there are 305 million computers. Considering this fact, far more people have mobile phones when compare to any other communicate devices, hence Education through M-Phone will reach to more number of peoples. Education through M-Phone takes place through Non-formal setting, hence learner can learn at their convenient time.
