Points to be kept in mind for making chart :

·          Borders must be drawn with bright / dark color.

·          Information should be written neatly. Stencils can be used if writing is not good.

·          Uniformity in the size of letter must be maintained throughout the chart. Word written having different sizes looks awkward.

·          Written / text information should be minimum and to the point.

·          Charts should have some extra information also .

·          Diagrams must be proportionate and labeled .

·          Diagrams should be colourful .

·          Colour combination must be bright and contrasting.

·          Use of yellow , orange and light blue colour for writing should be avoided.

·          Diagrams should be properly placed on the chart.

Maintenance of note books

·          Note book must be covered with plastic cover.

·          Name and other information must be written properly.

·          Note book prescribed by the school must be used only.

·          All the pages in the notebooks should be numbered till the end, before starting the work.

·          The numbering of the pages should be done on the extreme right top corner.

·          Digits should be written neatly.

·          Tearing of pages and scribbling on the notebook is strictly prohibited.

·          Cursive writing should be followed

·          Lesson name with the number should be written on first line.

Index

·          Index has to be filled by every student and signed by teachers

·          Name of the chapter should be written and not the number of chapter.

·          Date of work and date of correction must be filled by students correctly.

 Note book work

·          Cycle test number and date must be mentioned in the beginning of the particular cycle on the whole page.

·          Date should be written on left hand side.

·          Nothing should be written on or over red / green margin line.

·          Name of lesson should be written along the number of the lesson on first line.

·          A line should be drawn after completing every answer, in every subject.

·          Class work / home work ( CW / HW ) should be written as the case may be for every exercise .

·          The children should follow the cursive format of hand writing alphabet

·          The correct formation of digits should be followed.

·          Children must use ink pen / gel pen. Ball point pen should not be allowed.

·          Children should be allowed to use blue ink only. Use of red ink by students should be avoided.

·          Children should not scribble at the back or on last page of the note book.

·          Please inform your teachers about the difficulties you face in any subjects

·          Ask your teacher for extra time for 1-1 teaching.

·          Report about broken furniture of class to class teacher. And  Pay your Fee dues immediately (if any)
