    Well written but not cleared on One point — in last you write entitle for books and other facilities. I experienced that they are not giving book and copies. child has to purchase it and cost is higher. around 1500/- for book and like this dress. Who will bear this expenses. If you think this weaker section will pay then forget about 25% reservation.According me it is very high amount for this section. We should work out on this point either previous children pass out the class and donate these books for the weaker section or only NCERT books should be in syllabus as they are available on fare  prices but some material like MAD activity book or paper activity book, costly crayons no need to force to purchase a poor child.
